Topper Tracker is licensed under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement. No separate Topper Tracker custom EULA applies. The information below explains important features and user responsibilities; it does not replace or modify Apple’s agreement.
Automated Features
Virtual Try-On, automatic color tags, image cropping, visual recognition, matching, and similar features provide estimates for convenience. Results may be incomplete or inaccurate because of lighting, camera angle, image quality, device characteristics, product variation, or other conditions.
Review automated results before relying on or saving them. Topper Tracker does not guarantee color, fit, appearance, compatibility, authenticity, condition, value, availability, or purchasing suitability.
Third-Party Websites and Products
Topper Tracker may preserve links and product information from third-party websites. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Topper Tracker, LLC is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or responsible for those websites, sellers, creators, products, pricing, availability, policies, or transactions.
Third-party websites and transactions are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Questions or claims about a third-party product, service, or transaction should be directed to that third party.
Personal Imports
Topper Tracker imports information only when you direct it to save material from a selected page, file, or share action to your private collection. Topper Tracker does not operate a public feed or third-party product-image catalog.
Import only material that you own, have permission to use, or may otherwise legally use. You are responsible for complying with applicable law and the source’s terms. You may not use Topper Tracker to infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights, or to circumvent access controls.
iCloud and Backups
Collection information is stored on your device and may synchronize privately through your Apple iCloud account when iCloud is enabled. Apple’s terms and policies govern iCloud, and Topper Tracker does not control its availability or synchronization timing.
Review your collection and keep any exports or backups you consider appropriate. No storage or synchronization system can be guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free.

Brand and Independence
Topper Tracker is an independent personal collection application. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or operated by the eyewear brands, independent creators, retailers, and websites whose products or links you choose to record.
